SHIPPING INFORMATION - CUSTOM AND STOCK VIDEOS:

You may request another form of packaging, ie: box or padded envelope. Please specify on order form. There are no content labels on any of the merchandise.  There is a copyright seal that we require. All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt unless site notification states otherwise (ie: vacation, etc.). Delivery of First Class Mail is usually 2-7 days. AIR MAIL takes 2-4 weeks depending upon customs. Add another 4 weeks for custom video production.

DISCRETION: 

On your statement AMERICAN EXPRESS charges are indicated as Physician's First Choice, Inc or PFC. VISA / MASTERCARD charges are indicated as National Resource Group, Inc. or NRG. Vidoes are packaged in a discreet padded envelope and sent to you once after you've completed the order form and sent payment. There is no labeling specifying the content or our identity.

We MUST have your BILLING ADDRESS (The billing address where your credit card company sends your statement to... not the credit card companies address!) when ordering so that charges are verified with the merchant.  All orders omitting billing address WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DECLINED.

PROBLEMS?:

If you've waited longer than the usual expected delivery time, please write to us and we can check the date of when the package was sent. Mail does get stolen and/or lost! We can reship if neccessary! U.S. orders take at least 10 business days for arrival - International AIR MAIL orders 3 weeks. BEWARE! Some international orders get caught in customs!  It happens infrequently...probably one out of every one hundred packages sent overseas, but we cannot prevent it.  It may be necessary for us to reship the package.

I received my package but:

It's the wrong video: Alert us to the situation and we can rectify the problem!
There is something wrong with the video when I play it:.....no audio, video missing... PLEASE WRITE TO US HERE and let us know the problem! 
It's not what I expected: Unless something is physically wrong with the tape, there are absolutely NO RETURNS or REFUNDS.
Please DO NOT return a tape to us unless we ask you to!  We WILL NOT credit the postage to you if you do! 

We film alone or together with select girlfriends and/or our own male partners. Please DO NOT ask if you can come watch us film or appear in a video. Filming partners vary depending upon availablability....and when.  If you are interested in multiple girlfriends doing a video together select the video girls you want and we will indicate availability and price. We are NOT professional models or actresses. You get real amateur video material. Orgasms are real....so don't ask!  We only film content that we are comfortable with and will honestly enjoy. We provide sample pictures so you know what we look like, so please don't ask for additional samples.

CUSTOM VIDEO SCRIPTS AND PROPS:

• Length of completed video (30 minute increments ONLY)
• Setting you prefer -- if important (bedroom, couch, bathroom, etc.)
• Clothing desired & color -- if important (thong, stockings, mohair, etc. )
• List of props required (vibrators, stocking types, shoe types, etc.)
• Angles of filming preferred:  mostly close-up, varied zooms, tripod mounted, close up on orgasm, etc.  If you don't specify, the shots will be a good variety.

We have a wonderful assortment of clothing, lingerie and adult toys but you may be required to supply certain items.  If we don't have what you require for the video, we can locate it, but you are responsible for the purchase expense which would be incorporated into your final price for the video. It better for you to supply the items necessary.   If you require return of the items, you will be responsible for the shipping fee. Be sure to specify any required options on items specified.

CUSTOM VIDEO FEES: 

We do not have fixed custom video fees because we need the flexibility to accomodate your needs. To give you an example, we tend to use the following formula: $2-10 per minute charge, the exact amount depending upon the content requested, number of girls, which girls etc.  If you want a sex filled video, the fee will be closer to the $8-10 per minute range.  Other factors involved in the calculation include the difficulty of the video (how many scenes and their content), the fetish involved, props/clothing we must acquire, etc.  The $2-10 range can be exceeded depending on your request.

When you order a custom video, you are not buying the rights to that video.  You are paying for the expense of having the video filmed and produced....make sure you keep that in mind, we retain all reuse, resale and copyrights.

TIME TO FILM AND SHIP THE VIDEO: 

We do not film videos every day! Our usual time-frame for completion is 2 weeks from order confirmation and received payment. This also depends upon the props and attire you require.  If we need to order something or go out and shop for something.... you'll need to allow additional time!  Videos will most likely take from 2-4 weeks for completion.  WE DO NOT START PRODUCTION ON A VIDEO UNTIL WE RECEIVE CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT ON THE ORDER.  We DO NOT do custom video overnight delivery. Once videos are filmed, they are mastered and dubbed to the copy you receive.
